Every piece is packed with care and sent through Pathao courier. Delivery is ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka, and usually arrives within a day in Dhaka and within 3 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Larger orders can carry an extra weight charge, and nothing is added without asking first. We confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before anything is on its way. Orders outside Bangladesh go by Bangladesh Post, and timing depends on the destination.

Please check your piece when it arrives. If there is a genuine problem, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery. Just message us on WhatsApp with the reason. If the piece is faulty, we cover the return courier charge. If you have simply changed your mind after delivery, the return courier charge is yours. The piece needs to come back unused, in its original packaging and condition.
